Jennifer Leigh Rankin, Esq. and Ann Wilson, Esq. have almost 50 years of family law experience between them.

Jennifer Rankin works with families to find peaceful, holistic solutions in divorce, custody, and adoption proceedings. Jennifer provides mediation before divorce and custody paperwork is filed, after the court case has been initiated, and during times where modifications are needed.

She is also a trained parenting coordinator and helps co-parents find a better path forward through the co-parenting conflict. Jennifer represents children in custody and adoption proceedings. The firm, and Jennifer, represent parents in CINA and adoption proceedings as well.

Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law and has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Bowling Green State University. She is currently enrolled in a Masters of Social Work program to gain new insights for her clients.

Ann Wilson helps families navigate divorce, custody, and adoption. In addition to her work with custody, divorce, and adoption cases, Ann prepares Qualified Domestic Relations Orders and other retirement orders which are necessary to divide retirement assets as part of the divorce process.

Ann collaborates with clients and opposing parties to draft amicable separation and property settlement agreements which resolve disputes before court and help clients maintain control of their own outcomes.

Ann is a graduate from the University of Maryland, School of Law and has an undergraduate degree from University Maryland, College Park.
